Mr. Selvarance Johnson is the Founder and CEO of Edvora Education Consultancy, UAE, and a highly respected education leader with over 40 years of combined experience in teaching, school leadership, and educational consultancy. With 23 years as an educator and 17 years as Manager – School Operations at GEMS Education, he has successfully led large-scale educational institutions while fostering academic excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency.

Drawing on his extensive understanding of evolving global education systems, Mr. Johnson guides students in making informed career choices and navigating international university admissions. Beyond career counselling, he is a passionate advocate for sustainability in education.
