Dr. Pramod Kumar Sharma

Dr. Pramod Kumar Sharma is the Senior Director of Education at the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE), a globally recognised organisation dedicated to promoting environmental education and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). With more than 25 years of professional experience, he has been at the forefront of developing and strengthening international education programmes that inspire schools and young people to become active stewards of the environment.

In his current role, Dr. Sharma is responsible for the strategic development, administration, supervision, and evaluation of FEE's flagship formal education programmes — Eco-Schools, Learning about Forests (LEAF), and Young Reporters for the Environment (YRE). Through his leadership, these programmes have empowered educators and students across the globe to integrate sustainability into teaching, learning, and school culture. His expertise in environmental education, curriculum development, and global education partnerships continues to shape innovative approaches that foster environmental responsibility and sustainable action among future generations.
